Title: How can conect with VPN if the port UDP,TC Pwas closed by the internet provider

 :-[ ADMIN WE ARE LIVE IN BANGLADESH. GRAMEENPHONE IS OUR COUNTRY INTERNET PROVIDER.WE USE PREMIUM ACOOUNT OF PDPROXY.
BUT SOMETHIME AGO OUR PROVIDER IS CLOSE YOUR UDP AND TCP PORT.NOW How can i conect with VPN  by thIS GRAMEENPHONE internet provider?
BUT WE CAN CANNECT BY ICMP PORT ,BUT ADMIN IT'S VERY VERY SLOW.

ADMIN PLEASE DO ANY WAY FOR OUR COUNTRY WHO LOVE YOUR VPN.OR MAKE YOUR ICMP PORT DO FIRST

I have a similar problem like you have an internet provider closed the port 53 at my country and i cant connect now PD-Proxy technical support say that they cant open this ports again why dont you try with an other interner provider

Because other internet provider not working pdproxy :-\
