Id like to buy a VPN account so that my traffic is safe.
Im not a technician, so can you please explain it to me:
1.) when i use a VPN connection from a reliable company from inside a internet coffee,
- can the network owner see my traffic?
- can people within the local network see me?
- can the provider see my traffic?
- can the VPN server owner (whatever company that may be) see my traffic`?
Basically, if a use a encrypted vpn to a service provider (paid!), is someone able to see my traffic?

They can only see that you are connected with a VPN, but they cannot see your traffic

when i download torrents?
If you use VPN provider that does not keep logs and allow torrenting then you are good to go as no one will be able to see what you are doing except you and VPN provider and VPN provider will not save it.
