I am planning to resell a VPN service in my country here in Southeat Asia.
But I'm having a problem finding a good VPN provider to resell. If anyone could help me with this it would be very great

My requirements for the VPN are:

• not under US/Canada jurisdiction
• ignores DMCA takedown
• allows P2P
• if possible, allows more than 1 device connected at one time
• not a brand new company. good track record.
• good connection from southeast asia

Am I asking too much ? Is there a VPN company like this out there?
