I have a premium pd proxy account, and it logs in fine but stucked at waiting for interface to come up! And it stays like that for hours! (win8) please help!
Here is what it looks  like

Open port 9200 found...
Authenticating...
Premium account successfully authenticated!
Enabling interface [Local area Connection]
Setting IP address for interface to 172.22.1.6
Waiting for interface to come up...

Then nothing happens. It stays like that
