PIA is on the list of my last post, but it operates out of the US. I wouldn't trust any company operating from there. Change VPN provider.

I use a VPN to use bit torrent and I live in a share house. Can other people using the internet with other devices compromise my IP address when I'm downloading? I'm just not sure if I'm really safe.
