NordVPN is a no-logs VPN provider based in Panama. This alone makes it one of the best VPN choices available for privacy fanatics.

I'm using it for a few months so far and haven't got any issues.
From my experience could state:
-it is fully-featured
-speeds are very good (in the past they had some problems, but recently 1 ) has added a lot of servers - 59 countries/1000+ servers 2) updated their apps
-started to work in China
-introducing add blocker (so far you could use beta version manually
-working accessing US Netflix, BBC iPlayer and many other streaming services
-up to 6 devices (I've already connected 5 devices)

To sum up it's one of the best vpn's in the market for the best price. With some coupons it's from $3.29/month. For example:
