I won't recommend using free vpn services. It is a fact that they are selling data for the living. Otherwise, what is the point to support something for free since it is not cheap to create vpn.  Since the paid ones are not that expensive it is worth to try, nordvpn has a very well working and simple chrome extension which is superb if you need to jump into a different country just by one click. Just advocating for things I am using myself.
