Hi guys, maybe a stupid question, but still 
If I'm located in, say, Poland and my friend in UAE, should I install a vpn to be able to get in touch with them for a video call?
The thing is that my friend needs a vpn https://www.wizcase.com/blog/free-vpns-video-calling-apps-uae/, I apparently not as video calls are not restricted in my country. Though, we still are not able to connect. So, I had a thought that I need a vpn too?
Please help me solve the issue
