From the thousands of VPN in industry, it's really difficult to ensure that which VPN provider not blocked and offering best static IP(s).

I`ve seen many dedicated ip vpn review sites recommend Purevpn, HMA, Astrill etc. Do you guys have any personal experience with anyone of them?

I used to have Expressvpn but then started having connection time out and bandwidth issues. I have now switched to Purevpn on a friends's recommendation. Their prices are within my budget and there is no as such issue of connection or bandwidth issues.
