Sorry such a silly question I'm new to this whole VPN thing..still learning by the ropes. I've successfully downloade and install the US bundle. When I click on the icon on my desktop the OpenVPN GUI, it says "..is already running". But the problem is i had not even enter the given username n password? 

So how do i know? Coz the website i was trying to access REMAIN stuck n hang despite the ""..is already running". So now I'm confuse. Am i in or not?

Do you see the openvpn icon on your status bar?

Just right click on the icon to choose your server and then it will ask for your username and password.
