When I installed PD-Proxy, it correctly installed its TAP adapter. When I connected with PD-Proxy, the connection worked, but it choose to use a different TAP adapter that had already been installed on my system and not the one it installed. This causes a conflict with the other program that originally installed the TAP adapter.
