my speed is low

I get very low net speed. I don't know whether is there any problem.
My upload is less than 1 KB and download is 2 KB to 25 KB.
Please give me a solution. M net connection speed is 128 kbps

I have the same problem, speed is kinda low, < 100 KB whereas my broadband is 10Mbps.
I connect torrent server with TCP. Any solutions?
