Hello PDProxy admin, your services here in the Philippines became too slow. it started last night 
we cant even get to DL nor Browse properly. Browsing is also pain in the ass because of the slow connection

hope you can help us here to get back the speed we experienced before.

 

if we are using regular network load, our speed is normal, but if we connect pd proxy, our speed became too slooow

Yes, so, so slow  I' a premium user and I cannot even check my emails... Obviously it is not only in the philippines,,, so please let us know if you intent to fix this or if we just have to leave you for a better vpn

Same problem here. I am a premium user as well.
It started last night. Can't even check my e-mail inbox. Can't even load a wiki page. What's going on?

can you please fix this problem as soon as you can? i'm a premium user. i thought this is a good vpn but now it seems not. after my subscription end maybe i will find a much more better than this if this problem goes any longer...

I would suggest let's all pause our premium subscriptions until the problem is fixed. That way our premium will be extended. In the meantime, we can use a trial account to check the speed, if its back to normal, we can then resume our subscriptions. Take note though, pausing can only be done once a month.

Hi, I have the same problem. I've got only up to 10kbps speed. Super slow connection.
Please PD Admin. Please update us on the status of this problem.
We have premium account, we can't use it properly. Please update us.

pause your premium  account until the connection is  back to normal ,for globe user try to use superfb15 for to days browsing only

No response from the admin until now? They should at least tell us that they're doing something to fix this. After all we are customers. I for one is a premium member. If they keep this up we have no other choice but to look for another VPN.

This is what you call PREMIUM SERVICE?? No one from PD Proxy cares. It's almost 1 week still the connection sucks. 10 kbps for us premium users? Fix this please. We are waiting for a long time. What's your problem? I think this forum is useless too if you don't respond. -.-
