To The Point , I cant Connect To Any Server With My Premium Account .. , Just Stuck On "Authenticating..." And Then Terminated ,

But When i try using trial account is normal , and sucsesfully connected to demo server ? so what should i do ? I use windows 7 32 bit .

Which vpn service you are using?

did you contact their support?

One thing which is common between both of us is that I have same problem with my vpn service, it happens due to account expiration. Did you check your account expire date?
