i tried many so called best VPN software,i'd say there's no such best in internet due to different region you are located.Do you agree ?

You can't find best VPN if you are looking for free.. Though there are some good free VPN but it does not provide good support anytime such torrenting, gaming etc... dear its very simple option just adjust the location from the vpn provider list and it will be then giving efficient result in the desired region.. my recommendation is that try hide my ass account it will surely resolve your issue...  http://bestvpnexpert.com/hidemyass-vpn-review/

It doesn't matter where you are located you can easily get your desired location through VPN by setting their servers such as if you want USA IP you can use USA VPN service to access US websites same as you can use different countries servers/IP with VPN to bypsss geo-restricted content.

Get a list of best VPN providers for UK, USA, and Canada. Dedicated IP address will perform more better than to other IP. Access everything through these reliable VPN tools and enjoy internet freedom. 8)
