I'm using Private internet access and uTorrent and still got a copyright notice? how is that possible?
When I looked into the notice from comcast, the infringing IP address is not
mine yet it is linked to my name and account? How is this possible? Am I
doing something wrong? Please advice
I have kill switch, DNS leak and IPv6 leak protection all enabled.

Not all VPN providers are the same. They may be logging data which they turn over when they are asked. Change providers http://lifehacker.com/how-do-i-know-if-my-vpn-is-trustworthy-508866499

PIA is on the list of my last post, but it operates out of the US. I wouldn't trust any company operating from there. Change VPN provider.

If you are having IP leak issues, I would suggest you to go for ExpressVPN. I have been reading an article here about torrenting that expressvpn is worth it for torrenting. They have told how to secure your ip while torrenting when using uTorrent.

I think you should change your VPN provider, try PureVPN they have specific servers for torrent that provide extra layer of security. You can check here  http://www.bestvpnprovider.com/torrent-vpn/ what countries is safe for using then you can use these servers for torrenting.

For specifically torrenting you should consider some best and fastest vpn service for it, like expressvpn which is highly recommended and providing excellent speed while torrenting. i enjoyed using private internet access but in some case they cannot be able to provide you as anonymous as the claimed. BDW what else you can expect from that low price uhn.. here are some best vpn for torrenting & filesharing get one of those and stay away from any notices.

While PIA is indeed based out of the US, the author of this PIA speed test page http://www.fastestvpnguide.com/private-internet-access-speed-test (which by the way shows they’re more than fast enough to do some serious torrenting) also dug into their privacy policy. Apparently, they do absolutely zero logging. So even if the authorities wanted to get something from them, there would be nothing to get. This is way better than some alternatives, like HideMyAss (UK based) or PureVPN (HongKong based), which log all sorts of crap that can easily identify you. In other words, I doubt the info came from PIA.
